From the moment you enter the office you are greeted by your name. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Very clean and efficient office, they respect your time you never have to wait in the room for 30 minutes before the doctor comes. They explain the procedures and of course pricing before your appointment. Dr Grenier also again explains the procedure and process every step of the way, Uber pleasant and friendly. He even calls personally to check on how you are doing after a procedure. (I've had 2 at different times) , in addition he gives you his cell just incase for emergency, who does that. I will always recommend his practice.
