As someone who’s had many bad dental experiences, it was a relief to know that the staff in this office, and Dr. Grenier take into account the overwhelming anxiety that having dental work can have on a patient. I was not rushed in and out of this office. Everyone took their time with me and is soft-spoken. Every step of the way Dr Grenier explained what he’s doing and why he had to do it, for me that was extremely comforting. Dr Grenier also called me in the evening to see how I was feeling and to reassure me that if I needed anything just to call him on his cell phone. Who does that these days? For me, that speaks volumes to the character this doctor has.
