My experience here was everything you should experience in any practice. Everyone was very warm and welcoming upon my arrival. Being a new patient, of course there are new patient forms that has to be completed. Nothing too long. Sue took me to the back again she's was as warm as a spring sun! So nice. She took a few X-rays got a brief summary of what brought me there you know the whole shabang. Then Dr. Grenier came in introduced himself. He was very professional making sure to thoroughly explain my treatment options while at the same assuring me that certain procedures weren't as painful as I'd imagined.
